Exchanges and Returns

Cushion Bazaar accepts returns, with the  exceptions outlined below, within 30 days upon delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in showroom condition.  You will be responsible for the arrangement and cost of return shipping and delivery with the exception of damaged items. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet Cushion Bazaar return requirements. Products purchased on sale are final sale and non-returnable.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. You will have 48 hours from the time a custom order is placed to cancel it. After 48 hours, the order is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded.
Damaged Goods
Please note that all items must be returned to Cushion Bazaar in new condition. We will gladly accept the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping. Should you discover a defect in your order, please contact within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide you with an authorized pre-paid shipping label and issue a full refund.
International Orders
International order returns vary by country of destination. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Cushion Bazaar has no control over these charges, nor can CushIon Bazaar predict what they may be. How to Return Merchandise
To begin a return, please contact our Customer Care Team and include your order number and reason for return. 
After your return has been approved you may ship the merchandise back to the following address:

Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Cushion Bazaar cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Once we have received your merchandise back in new condition, we will credit you in the original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Cushion Bazaar.
